OFFICIAL RULES

1. Dates of Contest: January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Drawing will be held at the early January 2009.

2. Eligibility to participate: Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

3. Disqualified Parties: The following parties are not eligible to participate: employees of The Manhattan Club and their families.
4. By registering to participate, participant agrees to accept all terms and conditions of these contests.

5. No purchase is necessary to participate and purchasing will not increase chances of winning.

6. Void where prohibited by law. 

7.  Contest Prize: 3-Nights double accommodations at The Manhattan Club, including round trip airfare for two, plus, $100 dining gift card and $50 in VISA gift cards for parking. Winner will receive a pair of Broadway theater tickets (approximate value is $220). Tickets awarded to winner may vary based on availability. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at the discretion of Sponsor  Accommodations are provided based on availability and some restrictions may apply. Arrangements for coach class air and resort accommodations will be made by The Manhattan Club. Airfare cost is limited to reasonable and customary cost of travel from the residents home within the USA to New York City, at the sole discretion of the sponsor.   Maximum value of the airfare is $500.  No cash substitution if the winner is within driving distance of NYC. Two additional nights of accommodations will be provided for those who do not receive airfare. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received. Drawing will be held on December 31, 2008. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2009. Winner will be be notified in writing. Prize value is approximately $1,920 (may vary based upon travel dates). No purchase is necessary to participate. Must be 21 or over. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted unless at discretion of Sponsor. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any cost incurred due to changes in travel dates made after tickets have been issued shall be the responsibility of the prize winner.


8. Arrangements: Travel and accommodations must be booked in advance of travel by contacting The Manhattan Club, and are subject to availability. Certain date restrictions may apply.  Travel arrangement must be mad a minimium of 30-days in advance.

9. General Terms & Conditions: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. If selected as a winner, by accepting a prize, winner agrees to Sponsor's use (unless prohibited by law) of his or her name, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, affiliates, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

10. Winners’ List & Official Rules: By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final.
